ZEPS 2025 Summit: Bridging Innovation Between Australia and Bosnia and Herzegovina

In September, Haris Jackman, Chair of the Australian Bosnian and Herzegovinian Chamber of Commerce (ABHCC), had the privilege of attending the ZEPS 2025 Summit in Zenica—an event that reaffirmed the incredible potential of cross-border collaboration. A special thanks to our friends at the Rugby Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina for facilitating our connection with Sanel Ibrić, the Summit’s Manager.

ZEPS 2025 showcased a vibrant spectrum of Bosnian and Herzegovinian industry and innovation. From high-quality modular container structures and prefabricated homes to heavy industry, steel, furniture, technology and information services, textiles and PPE for government and emergency services, the breadth of offerings was impressive. The enthusiasm to explore export pathways to Australia was palpable, and the conversations we had were both strategic and inspiring.

Green energy solutions also took centre stage, signalling Bosnia and Herzegovina’s readiness to contribute meaningfully to global sustainability goals. The ABHCC looks forward to nurturing these connections and translating them into tangible outcomes for businesses and communities on both sides.
